Halton Neighbourhood Steering Group has been working to produce a Neighbourhood Plan for the Parish and are now ready to consult on our pre-submission draft plan in accordance with Regulation 14. This consultation gives local residents, businesses and other stakeholders an opportunity to comment on the draft plan.
All households in Halton should, by now, have received a copy of the proposed policies and a form asking for your comments/support.
The consultation period begins on Friday 8th September and closes on Friday 20th October, the plan and supporting documents will be available to view on our website, www.haltonpc.org.uk
If you have any comment to make on the plan then please do so by 5pm on Friday 20th October 2017 at the latest. You may respond to the consultation in the following ways:

We will also be holding a drop in session on Saturday, 23rd September, 9.30 – 4.00 pm, at the Village Hall, Old School Close, Halton HP22 5NG where you will be able to look at the plan, talk to members of the Steering Group and leave your feedback.
