Established for over 20 years, M & K Skips offers a range of different size skips available to hire. With Prompt same day delivery or collection, M & K  Skips also provides a car disposal service. 65 % of all waste is recycled at their very own waste disposal station.

With several hundred branches all across the world serving some 63,500 members, no RAF Association member is ever far away from friends.

Our branches are meeting places where members get together every month, they are places where local welfare advice is given, and they provide a useful base for fundraising activities.

In the UK many branches also have clubs where members can meet up for  drink and a chat, providing important social venues for friendship and happy times.

Yoga and Healing therapies in Aylesbury

Suzan enjoyed a successful 30-year career in manufacturing and export before deciding to follow her true passion to become a yoga teacher; which she did in 2003.  Suzan discovered yoga in her 20’s and has been reaping the benefits ever since.  Suzan is a viniyoga teacher, British Wheel of Yoga accredited and has trained extensively with cutting edge yoga teachers in the UK and at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai, India.Suzan’s specialty is working with the health and wellbeing of the whole person.  She uses ancient techniques of hatha yoga to focus on strengthening the spine and work on the bodies energy systems to restore balance and harmony.  Suzan also works with sound / chanting and meditation, energy healing and Reiki to empower health for body, mind and spirit.

She is registered as a yoga therapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.  She is also a member of the Association of Yoga Studies (formerly viniyoga) and the Yoga for Health & Education trust.
